PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS AND FEES

Prices shown on this website reflect rental rates for single day events in London. Rates for events in other locations or longer periods may be higher. Although every effort has been made to ensure accurate pricing, Jaydas Event Ltd reserves the right to change pricing at any time.Please speak with a member of our sales team for more details


CUSTOMER PICK-UPS FROM OUR WAREHOUSE
All rental orders for customer pick-ups must be at least £100.00 in rental value.
Warehouse hours for pick-ups & returns are Monday through Friday from 11:00am until 4:00pm.
DELIVERY
All rental orders must be at least £150.00 in value to qualify for delivery.
If your order meets this minimum, the cost of delivery starts at £120.00 and may increase based on distance from our warehouse or difficulty of delivery.

Fifty percent (50%) of the rental amount (which is considered as deposit) is required to secure your reservation for our rental items. Deposits are nonrefundable, regardless of the reason of cancellation. The remaining balance must be paid 14 days prior to the event.

We will try our very best to work with you in the event of unforeseen cancellations. However, all payments are nonrefundable, regardless of the reason. Clients are subject to a company store credit for up to 6 months from the original event date unless otherwise stated.

Any reservation booked within 2 days prior to the event date is subject to late booking fees. The late booking fee starts at £50.

PLACING OF ORDER
 

There are 2 options given when placing an order. 

​

  1. "Online payment" - which means that you are paying the item in "FULL PRICE ONLINE".please check item availability before making payment or reservation.

  2. "Manual payment" - which means that you are only paying the "50%  DEPOSIT via bank transfer,an invoice will be issued for this booking with payment details " required in order to reserve the item. If this option is chosen, you will receive an Invoice for your 50% deposit to be paid and outstanding balance which should be settled atleast 14 days before the event. 

 

AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS
 

Please contact us first before placing a reservation of any rental items to confirm availability. Our website doesn't show the availability of the products based on the Event Date you are inputting in the form. We are manually confirming the availability of each item on the particular date. 

In an event that a client books a specific item that is unavailable, any replacement item will still be price regularly. No discount will be given regardless. 

 

CHANGES TO ORDER
 

STORE CREDIT. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER RESERVATION.

 

Customer may ONLY add or exchange items (provided that it's available) to the order, subject to the same terms, once a reservation has been confirmed. Customer acknowledges that any changes to order is subject to store credit and will be held on file for 6 months from when the original order was placed.

No changes can be made on all orders 48 hours prior to the rental date.

For the Drop-off and Pickup Time, changes can be requested (prior to availability) if the event date is atleast a week before. Any request here after will constitute a £20 fee. 

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER
 

Note that we are reserving the rental items solely for you on your specified event date and work has started as soon as deposits is paid. Deposit paid are non-refundable.

 

No changes can be made to an order especially the date of the event. If a customer would like to change or add an item to the order after the booking is confirmed ,this will be subject to availability.

If changing an item on sale and the rental sale has ended, all products shall be paid in Full Price.

 

DELIVERY & PICKUP
 

We only deliver and pickup items on the day of the event or as agreed prior to booking confirmation.

Self Pick-up of orders is strictly for smaller order up to £100 is  allowed. We have a delivery team and trucks who takes care of larger delivery.

The shipping rate that you will quoted on invoice is for roundtrip delivery and pickup, based on how many miles we have to travel for delivery from our London warehouse.

Delivery is a door to door service, and this cost does not include setup or placement of the items.

Once the order is placed and it is for delivery option, an additional delivery and collection pricing will be confirmed to you on your invoice .


Minimum Order: atleast £100 cost of rentals for store pickup 
Minimum order -£150 for delivery option-delivery cost apply
